In this workshop, facilitated by local mutual aid organizers, we will learn what it’s like to be a frontline organizer and the many benefits and challenges that come in the day-to-day efforts to support community members with a limited set of resources. Together, we will explore tools to help us get grounded and stay present, acting in alignment with our values, support healthy relationships, and navigate conflict, even when under pressure, stress, and exhaustion.
